Any orders cancelled more than 3 hours after they have been placed (or orders that have already been packed) will incur a 15% restock fee.  If the item has been sent already, the customer must either refuse the package or send the item back immediately UNOPENED and in new condition.  If the item shows signs of use or has been open, we can only give back partial credit as a "used trade in."  Shipping fees will not be refunded in the case of an order that has been cancelled which has already been shipped out. All sales are final, no returns at any time. If a product is defective, a refund or replacement may be offered by the manufacturer, not Chaos Arms.
